Zero-Power Filtration Architecture
In highly remote mining operations or isolated agricultural silos, supplying compressed air for pulse-jet cleaning or 3-phase power for mechanical shakers is economically unfeasible. Manual Shaking Dust Collectors provide an intermittent-duty filtration solution that relies entirely on human mechanical action for filter regeneration.
Displacement Air Filtration
These units are typically mounted directly on top of storage silos. As pneumatic conveying trucks pump raw material into the silo, the displaced air is forced upward through the woven filter bags. Once the filling operation is complete and the airflow ceases, an operator pulls an external lever connected to an internal shaker bar, physically snapping the bags and dropping the accumulated dust cake back into the product yield below.
