Centrifugal blowers (SISW & DIDW), induced draft fans, forced draft fans, single & double stage high pressure blowers. Up to 2,50,000 CMH at 2500 mm w.g.
An industrial blower (also called a centrifugal fan or squirrel-cage fan) is a turbomachine that accelerates air radially outward through a high-speed impeller inside a scroll-shaped housing, converting kinetic energy into static pressure. Unlike axial fans that move high volumes at low pressure, blowers generate moderate-to-high pressures (typically 100–2500 mm w.g.) needed to overcome resistance in long duct systems, bag filters, scrubbers, pneumatic conveyors, and combustion chambers. Blower impellers come in backward-curved (highest efficiency, non-overloading), forward-curved (compact, high volume at low pressure), and radial (handles heavy dust and material) configurations.
Aerotech is India's trusted centrifugal blower manufacturer, producing Single Inlet Single Width (SISW) and Double Inlet Double Width (DIDW) centrifugal blowers, induced draft (ID) fans, forced draft (FD) fans, and single/double stage high-pressure blowers. Our blowers deliver air volumes up to 2,50,000 CMH at static pressures up to 2500 mm w.g., handling temperatures up to 380°C with cooling disc arrangement. Impeller types include backward curved (non-overloading), forward curved, radial, and airfoil designs — all dynamically balanced for smooth operation. Materials available: MS, SS, Alloy Steel, Ni-Hard (wear-resistant), Aluminium, and FRP. Drive options include direct drive, V-belt, and coupling. Ideal for boiler combustion air (FD fans), flue gas extraction (ID fans), pneumatic conveying, dust collection systems, HVAC air handling, industrial process ventilation, and chemical processing. VFD compatible with online vibration monitoring for predictive maintenance.
An industrial blower is a centrifugal turbomachine that generates moderate to high air pressure by accelerating air radially outward through a spinning impeller inside a scroll-shaped housing. Unlike fans (which move high volumes at low pressure), blowers operate at higher pressure ratios — typically 0.3 to 2.5 bar — making them essential for applications requiring air to overcome significant system resistance such as long duct runs, bag filters, scrubbers, pneumatic conveying, and combustion chambers. They are classified as SISW (single inlet single width) or DIDW (double inlet double width) based on impeller configuration.
Aerotech manufactures centrifugal blowers in SISW and DIDW configurations, induced draft (ID) fans, forced draft (FD) fans, single stage and double stage high pressure blowers. Our blowers deliver up to 2,50,000 CMH at pressures up to 2500 mm w.g., handling temperatures up to 400°C with cooling disc arrangements. Available in MS, SS, Aluminium, Ni-Hard, and FRP.
Our centrifugal blowers feature backward-curved, forward-curved, and radial blade impellers — all dynamically balanced for vibration-free operation. ID fans come with wear-resistant Ni-Hard impellers and water-cooled bearings for flue gas extraction. FD fans feature anti-surge protection for stable combustion air supply. Used in power plants, cement kilns, steel mills, chemical plants, and boiler systems since 1997.
