AeroTech's Ceiling Suspended Ductable AHU (AHU-CS Series) is engineered for spaces where floor real estate is unavailable. The low-profile design delivers quiet, efficient air distribution for commercial floors, retail spaces, and hospital corridors. The modular framework is made of anti-corrosive extruded aluminium profile.
25mm panels are made of prepainted/precoated sheets injected with environment-friendly PUF. Direct drive centrifugal fans ensure quiet, efficient operation. Easy maintenance access panels allow filter and coil servicing without dismantling.
Washable pre-filters for low maintenance. Available from 1,000 CFM (AE-010-CSU) to 12,000 CFM (AE-120-CSU) with 14 standard models. Fan static pressure assumption of 30 MMWG.
Thermal Break profile option adds 50mm to all dimensions. Suitable for office buildings, retail spaces, shopping malls, hospital corridors, clinics, hotel rooms, banquet halls, and restaurants. AeroTech has been catering to the Air Conditioning Industry since 2003, providing the most extensive range of products for hotel industry, shopping malls, hospitals, government establishments, R&D labs, industrial applications, and pharma sector.

A terminal HEPA filter is located at the very end of the ductwork, right at the ceiling diffuser of the cleanroom. This ensures the air is sterilized of 99.99% of particles down to 0.3 microns immediately before entering the occupied zone, preventing contamination from ductwork shedding.
IE3 designates Premium Efficiency AC induction motors, while IE4 designates Super Premium Efficiency (often achieved using Permanent Magnet or EC technology). Using IE4 motors in continuous-duty AHUs or FCUs can reduce electrical losses by an additional 15% compared to IE3.
A fire damper is a passive fire protection device installed where AHU ductwork passes through fire-rated walls. If duct temperatures exceed a critical limit (usually 72°C or 165°F), a fusible link melts, snapping the damper shut to prevent fire from spreading through the HVAC system.
Yes, modern industrial AHUs feature onboard PLCs equipped with native BACnet/IP or Modbus RTU communication protocols. This allows the central Building Management System (BMS) to remotely monitor chilled water valve positions, VFD frequencies, and filter differential pressures in real-time.
