Tubular vs. Pedestal Airflow Geometry
Tubular man coolers utilize a long cylindrical housing to directionalize the airflow, creating a tight, long-throw velocity profile capable of reaching workstations 50 feet away. Pedestal and bracket models utilize wide-guard axial impellers for broader, shorter-throw dispersion patterns. Both configurations rely on cast-aluminum airfoil blades to maintain volumetric efficiency under continuous heavy-duty operation.
