AeroTech's Bifurcated Axial Fan is engineered for tough environments where standard axial fans would encounter significant problems. The unique split casing design diverts airflow on either side of the motor compartment, keeping the motor in clean, ambient air while handling contaminated, hot, or corrosive airstreams. This makes it ideal for kitchen exhaust, fume extraction, chemical plants, paint booths, and high-temperature industrial processes.
The motor is exposed only to clean ambient air, enabling operation with airstream temperatures up to 200°C. Available in 300–1000mm impeller diameter with a versatile 50–700 Pa operating pressure range. The direct drive system features a central pod with enclosed motor for effective cooling.
Constructed with heavy-gauge MS or SS casing with continuous welded seam. Aluminium/PP-GL impellers with adjustable pitch angles for exact performance matching. Standard motors are 415V ±10%, 50Hz, IE2/IE3 TEFC.
Suitable for kitchen exhaust systems, hot air extraction from foundries, dusty environments in cement plants and mining operations, and corrosive air handling in chemical processing and metal treatment.
