AeroTech's Ring Fan is a heavy-duty wall-mounted axial flow fan engineered to move large volumes of air efficiently along the axis of rotation, making it ideal for industrial and commercial ventilation. Constructed from superior-grade materials with a heavy-gauge rolled galvanized steel housing featuring continuous welded seam and epoxy coating, these fans offer reliable performance and long service life in demanding environments. The aluminium/PP-GL impellers are selected for maximum airflow and low sound, with adjustable pitch angles for exact performance matching.
Available in sizes 300mm to 1600mm diameter with 4, 6, 7, 8, or 11 blade configurations, the Ring Fan delivers up to 1,30,000 CMH airflow at up to 45" wg static pressure. Standard motors are 415V ±10%, 50Hz, IE2/IE3 TEFC conforming to IS:325/1996 & IS 12615:2011. Suitable for operating temperatures from -60°C to +245°C, with high temperature testing at 250°C for 2 hours and 300°C for 1 hour.

Flanges: Formed by flange forming machine for concentricity and alignment, with punched/drilled mounting holes.
Motors: 415V ±10%, 50Hz ±5%, 3-Phase & 1-Phase, conforming to IS:325/1996 & IS 12615:2011. IE2/IE3 TEFC motors.
Temperature range: -60°C to +245°C. High temp tested at 250°C for 2 hours and 300°C for 1 hour.
Adjustable pitch angles for exact performance matching. Fixed pitch also available.
Gravity Louver
Self-acting weather-resistant damper that opens automatically when fan operates and closes when stopped. Prevents backdraft, rain, dust, and pests.
Rain Cowl with Bird Mesh
Robust wire guard installed at inlet or outlet to prevent birds, rodents, and animals from entering the duct or fan housing.
Sound Attenuator
Duct silencer/muffler for HVAC ductwork designed to reduce noise transmission from equipment into occupied spaces or between zones.
