AeroTech's Primary Air Fan PAF-150 is a high-pressure single stage centrifugal blower fabricated from heavy-gauge steel or stainless steel with precision welding for durability and rigidity. The housing is designed with aerodynamic contours to minimize turbulence and ensure smooth airflow. High-strength impellers in backward curved, straight, and straight radial blade types are dynamically balanced for vibration-free operation.
The shaft is supported on heavy-duty ball/roller bearings with proper lubrication to ensure long service life. Driven by direct-coupled or belt-driven electric motors designed for continuous duty operation. Capable of developing high static pressures up to 1200 mm WG for demanding processes.
Delivers air volumes from a few hundred CFM to 1,50,000 CFM depending on pressure requirements. Optional silencer, dampers, and flexible connections provided as per application needs. Suitable for pneumatic conveying systems for powders, grains, and industrial raw materials; combustion air supply in furnaces, boilers, and incinerators; air circulation in chemical and petrochemical processing plants; dust collection systems, bag filters, and scrubbers; industrial vacuum cleaning and drying systems; textile, cement, steel, and ceramic industries; and environmental engineering applications such as aeration in effluent treatment plants (ETP/STP).
