Preparing airflow intelligence
Calibrating industrial-grade components and rendering the next section.

AeroTech's Forced Draft Fan (FD Fan) is installed upstream of the combustion chamber to supply fresh ambient air at high pressure for combustion. Engineered for continuous duty with precision-balanced backward curved and aerofoil impellers, anti-surge protection, and robust bearing assemblies for power plants and process industries. The anti-surge protection prevents unstable operation at low flow conditions, ensuring reliable performance across the full operating range.
VFD compatible for energy-efficient speed control. Low vibration design with robust shaft and bearing assembly built for 24/7 industrial operation. Delivers up to 2,50,000 CMH at up to 1400 mm WG static pressure, handling ambient to 80°C air temperatures.
Available in MS, SS, and Carbon Steel. Direct and coupling drive arrangements available. Established in 1997, AEPPL has over 25 years of expertise in FD fan design and manufacture, serving power plants, cement plants, furnaces, kilns, steel mills, chemical processing plants, and petrochemical facilities.
ISO 9001:2015 certified with rigorous dynamic balancing to international standards and comprehensive in-house testing before dispatch.
