AeroTech's Double Stage High Pressure Blower is fabricated from heavy-gauge steel housing for strength and durability. The two-stage impeller arrangement is mounted on a common shaft to deliver higher pressures by compressing air in two successive stages — effectively doubling the pressure capability of a single-stage unit. Precision-machined impellers in backward-curved or radial type are dynamically balanced for vibration-free operation.
The robust bearing system with grease or oil lubrication ensures long service life. Direct or coupling-driven motor arrangement for efficient power transmission. Optional silencers, filters, and base frames available for customized industrial requirements.
Delivers up to 80,000 CMH at up to 2500 mm w. g. static pressure, handling temperatures up to 250°C.
Available in Carbon Steel and SS 316L. Suitable for pneumatic conveying systems for powders, grains, and chemicals; combustion air supply for furnaces, kilns, and boilers; centralized vacuum cleaning systems and dust collection units; air agitation in plating tanks and process industries; high-pressure cooling and drying operations; cement, steel, glass, ceramic, and chemical processing plants; and any application requiring continuous high-pressure airflow.

Our double-stage high-pressure blowers can generate up to 2500 mm w.g. static pressure by utilizing two impellers mounted in series on a common shaft, effectively doubling the compression capability of a single-stage unit.
For dense phase pneumatic conveying of heavy materials like cement or fly ash, the duct velocity must be maintained between 3,500 and 4,500 Feet Per Minute (FPM). If velocity drops below this threshold, the particulate will fall out of suspension and instantly block the pipeline.
Aerodynamic surge occurs when system resistance pushes the blower beyond its stall point, causing violent, oscillating airflow reversals. It is prevented by ensuring the system operates to the right of the surge curve, or by installing an automated bleed-off bypass damper to artificially maintain minimum flow.
