AeroTech's Medium Pressure Backward Curved Blower (MP-BC Series) is a belt-driven centrifugal blower designed for high-temperature and heavy-duty industrial applications. The aerodynamically designed backward curved impeller ensures maximum airflow at low power consumption, making it one of the most energy-efficient blower configurations available. The belt and pulley drive arrangement provides variable speed control via pulley adjustment and keeps the motor isolated from the blower housing, making it ideal for hazardous operating conditions.
The heavy-duty housing is fabricated from high-quality MS or SS with a robust welded structure. The impeller is dynamically balanced for smooth, vibration-free operation. Mounted on a rigid base frame with anti-vibration pads.
Heavy-duty self-aligning bearings with proper lubrication ensure long service life. Delivers up to 1,80,000 CMH at up to 900 mm w. g.
static pressure, handling temperatures up to 250°C. Available in MS and SS with optional coatings for corrosion resistance. Suitable for HVAC applications, industrial ventilation and exhaust, dust collection and fume extraction, cooling of boilers and furnaces, textile mills, cement plants, chemical and process industries, and cleanroom air circulation.
