AeroTech's High Volume Limit Load Blower in SISW (Single Inlet Single Width) configuration is a direct-driven centrifugal blower where the heavy-duty impeller is mounted directly on the motor shaft, eliminating belts, pulleys, or couplings entirely. This design provides compact installation, low maintenance, and high mechanical efficiency. The blower housing is fabricated from high-quality steel with precision-welded construction, and the rigid, vibration-free design ensures stable long-term operation.
Impellers are available in backward-curved, forward-curved, or radial blade types as per application requirements, and all impellers are dynamically balanced for smooth, reliable performance. Delivers up to 2,50,000 CMH airflow at up to 1200 mm w. g.
static pressure. Handles temperatures up to 380°C with cooling disc arrangement. Available in MS, SS, Aluminium, and FRP with special coatings for corrosive or high-temperature environments.
