The LFO series is specifically designed for oil-based coolant applications including neat cutting oils, way lube transfer, and hydraulic oil circulation. The non-seal single-stage configuration ensures leak-free operation when handling cutting oils and lubricants in machine tool environments. The impeller geometry is optimized for higher viscosity fluids compared to water-based pumps.
Available in immersion depths from 150mm to 350mm with flow rates up to 200 LPM at heads up to 8 metres. Motor ratings from 0. 18 kW to 1.
1 kW. Special shaft seal arrangement prevents oil weepage along the motor shaft. Cast iron construction with oil-resistant gaskets and O-rings.
Applications include grinding machine neat oil supply, CNC lathe cutting oil circulation, gear hobbing coolant, honing machine oil supply, and lapping machine fluid delivery.
