The LHW series is a non-seal multistage direct driven pump engineered for high-pressure coolant delivery. Multiple impeller stages generate the pressure needed for through-spindle coolant (TSC) and deep-hole drilling applications where 20–70 bar is required at the tool tip. The sealless submerged design eliminates external piping leaks and reduces installation complexity.
Available with 2 to 8 stages depending on required pressure. Flow rates up to 120 LPM at pressures up to 70 bar. Motor ratings from 1.
5 kW to 7. 5 kW in TEFC configuration. Cast iron multi-stage casing with hardened stainless steel shaft and wear rings for extended service life in abrasive coolant environments.
Handles water-soluble coolants with fine particulate up to 100 microns. Applications include through-spindle coolant in 5-axis machining centres, gun drilling, deep-hole boring, high-pressure chip breaking, and coolant-through-tool systems in automotive and aerospace manufacturing.
