The LBK series is engineered for high-pressure through-spindle coolant delivery in advanced CNC machining. Multistage non-seal construction ensures zero leakage at elevated pressures for deep-hole drilling and high-speed machining. Delivers up to 100 bar through 4–10 impeller stages.
The slim barrel profile fits standard machine tank openings. Hardened SS shaft and wear components for extended life with abrasive coolants containing fine chips. Applications include 5-axis aerospace machining, automotive transfer lines, gun drilling, and high-speed aluminium machining requiring 70–100 bar at the tool tip.
