An Air Handling Unit (AHU) is a large, factory-assembled enclosure that conditions and circulates air within buildings by drawing in fresh or recirculated air and processing it through multiple functional sections — pre-filters, fine filters (up to HEPA), cooling coils (chilled water/DX), heating coils, humidifiers/dehumidifiers, and supply fans — before distributing conditioned air through ductwork. AHUs are the core of centralized HVAC systems, precisely controlling temperature (±0.5°C), relative humidity (±2%), air cleanliness (ISO Class 5–8), and room pressurization in hospitals, cleanrooms, pharmaceutical manufacturing, data centres, hotels, and industrial facilities.

Capacities from 1,000 to 40,000 CFM with AMCA certified centrifugal fans, PUF insulated panels (25mm/43mm/50mm), anti-corrosive extruded aluminium thermal break profiles, and up to 12-row deep cooling coils pressure tested at 21 kg/cm². BMS compatible. Suitable for hospitals, pharmaceutical cleanrooms (ISO Class 5), data centres, hotels, shopping malls, offices, and industrial facilities. Our AHUs comply with ASHRAE standards and are engineered for precise psychrometric control, cascading positive pressure zoning, and multi-stage filtration (G4 pre-filter to H14 HEPA).
